New Client Guide

Everything you need to complete before your dog’s first boarding or daycare reservation.

Adventure Awaits Fido! uses a new-client process to gather accurate information, confirm health requirements, meet the dog, and determine whether our small-group environment is a safe and comfortable fit.

1

Step 1: Create Your Paw Partner Profile

Create an account for your household and a complete profile for each dog who may attend. Use a current phone number and email address so we can reach you about records, scheduling, or care.

2

Step 2: Tell Us About Your Dog

Complete the behavior, health, feeding, medication, handling, and emergency information honestly and thoroughly. Include previous bites, fights, resource guarding, escape behavior, crate distress, separation concerns, or significant fears. Honest history does not automatically disqualify a dog. It helps us make safer decisions and tell you when another type of care would be more appropriate.

3

Step 3: Upload Vaccination Records

Upload current records showing rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella vaccinations. Records must identify the dog and show the vaccine and expiration or due date.

4

Step 4: Review and Sign Agreements

Read the service agreement, policies, emergency authorization, and other required forms before signing. Contact us before booking if anything is unclear.

5

Step 5: Schedule a Temperament Test

The temperament test allows us to meet your dog, observe handling and recovery, introduce the environment, and assess social compatibility. Approval may include conditions such as a specific group, shorter first visit, crate plan, or additional trial period.

6

Step 6: Request Your Service

After approval, request boarding or daycare in Paw Partner. A request is not confirmed until it has been reviewed and accepted. Limited capacity means popular dates and holidays may fill early.

7

Step 7: Choose Optional Experiences

Add a hike, sniffari, puzzle, training refresher, cuddle session, guaranteed update, report card, bath, nail trim, or another available experience.

8

Step 8: Prepare for Arrival

Label food, medication, and necessary belongings clearly. Follow the confirmed drop-off or transportation window. Provide written medication and feeding instructions. Update emergency contacts and veterinary information. Tell us about any new illness, injury, medication, or behavior change before arrival.
