A short one-on-one refresher provides focused practice outside the regular playgroup. When appropriate, the session may include a brief assessment, simple homework guidance, or a short video so the family can see what was practiced. These sessions are designed for basic manners and enrichment. They are not a substitute for a complete training program or a veterinary behavior plan.
Boarding and daycare dogs may participate in complimentary group training enrichment in the morning and afternoon. Dogs can practice simple cues around compatible friends, and dogs who prefer not to participate are not forced. Group practice helps reinforce calm attention and good manners while still keeping the activity light and enjoyable.
Adventure Awaits Fido! does not present basic refreshers as treatment for serious aggression, severe fear, intense resource guarding, bite-risk behavior, or complex separation distress. Dogs with those concerns may need a qualified professional who can provide a full behavior assessment and individualized plan. We believe appropriate referrals are part of responsible care. When a concern falls outside the scope of an enrichment refresher, we will recommend working with an experienced trainer, behavior consultant, or veterinarian.
